Peer Review Process
The Incisor (Indonesian Journal of Care's in Oral Health) is an e-journal published by Department of Dental Health Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Tasikmalaya. The research article submitted to this online journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) reviewers. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Preview Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take avarage 12-16 weeks until publish. In each manuscript, peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. The final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to Reviewers comments. Peer reviewer that collaboration with The Incisor is the experts in the multi disciplines of health sciences area and issues around it. They were experienced in the prestigious journal management and publication that was spread around the national and abroad.

Initial manuscript evaluation
The Editor first evaluates all manuscripts. Manuscripts rejected at this stage are insufficiently original, have serious scientific flaws, have poor grammar, or are outside the aims and scope of the journal. Those that meet the minimum criteria are normally passed on to at least 2 experts for review.
Type of Peer Review
The Incisor (Indonesian Journal of Care's in Oral Health) employs double blind reviewing, where the reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process. Reviewers are assigned to the paper according to their expertise and our database is constantly being updated.
Reviewers reports
Reviewers are asked to evaluate whether the manuscript: - Is original - Is methodologically sound - Follows appropriate ethical guidelines - Has results which are clearly presented and support the conclusions - Correctly references previous relevant work. Language correction is not part of the peer review process, but reviewers may, if so wish, suggest corrections to the manuscript.
Final report
A final decision to accept or reject the manuscript will be sent to the author along with any recommendations made by the reviewers, and may include verbatim comments by the reviewers.
